It was just an optimal selection for a holiday in Dubai with great value for the money. The reception staff was accommodating, finally changing our room after we raised some concerns. Make sure to check your room thoroughly before settling in.

The terrace view at sunset was breathtaking, and the staff went above and beyond to make my girlfriend's birthday special with a thoughtful room setup and a surprise cake.

We had a nice stay for 2 nights. The staff were super helpful and really nice when we had to wait for our room, we could chill by the pool. The superior double room was comfy but the noise from the street was a bit much at times. The in-room breakfast was tasty too!

We had a fantastic time enjoying the pool area on the 7th floor with my kids. The staff, like Mr Ahmed at Deck 7, were always helpful and really made our stay special. The views were stunning, especially from our Two-Bedroom Suite.

In my wife’s opinion, more family-friendly dining options would be great.

The room was comfortable, but the couch meant for my kids didn’t convert well into a bed, and we had to ask for a single bed instead. For a great stay, I’d recommend choosing a room with a pool view! 😊

My stay in the Superior Double Room was enjoyable, with friendly staff who helped make my visit memorable. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a nice retreat after my busy days. I particularly appreciated the warm welcome from the receptionist and the attentiveness of the housekeeping staff. However, I did find it a bit inconvenient that hot water was unavailable in the morning during my shower.

this was my second stay in dubai, and it was even better at this hotel. the location was perfect for taking the kids to nearby attractions, ensuring they could play safely while we relaxed. the staff was friendly and truly exceeded my expectations with their helpfulness.

The breathtaking view from my Executive Suite was an absolute delight, with the city skyline sparkling below. The spa services were a highlight. my full body massage left me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Plus, the heated swimming pool was the perfect spot to unwind after a busy day!
